Yoga

Yoga's profound depth is largely unknown to the western practitioner, or at the very least is only now becoming more well-known. It a a comprehensive system of how to live one's life to reveal one's highest level of health. Yoga's primary goal is to unite us with who and what we really are and take us beyond the drama of our mundane life. It incorporates physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) but also ethics of how we live our life. The right yoga practice is like a key that unlocks the door to one's highest potential.
